The Wines

The grapes for the entire La Cave range are meticulously hand-selected from the absolute best vineyards that our fertile valley has to offer, and are managed in the cellar with extreme care and minimal intervention. All the wines are matured in small first-fill French oak barrels prior to bottling.

They encapsulate the perfection of time – from grafting and growing the vines, to selecting the finest fruit, to fermenting and slowly maturing the wines in oak barrels to develop depth of flavours in the bottle.
