Chenin Blanc
Current Vintage – 2022
Grapes from old bush vine vineyards were fermented and matured in small new French oak barrels for 12 months.
Enticing aromas of oak spice, vanilla, and cinnamon, alongside luscious butterscotch and ripe stone fruits like pear and apricot, with a hint of melon. The palate opens with a creamy texture, balanced by the fresh acidity that seamlessly carries the wood and fruit components. Flavours of ripe melon, yellow apple, and buttered toast emerge, offering a
rounded mouthfeel. The wine finishes with good length, showing poise, depth, and a structure that promises graceful aging while preserving the purity of its fruit.
An excellent choice with rich & creamy poultry dishes, cream-based pastas, spicy Asian cuisine, and prawns.
